Short Description: Recombinant-Rat IL-21-C-6His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-6His. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Measured by its ability to induce Interferon gamma secretion by human natural killer lymphoma NK-92 cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.45-1.8 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 5.6×105~2.2×106 units/mg.
