Short Description: Recombinant-Human Leukemia inhibitory factor/LIF-NO-tag protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of NO-tag. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Measured in a cell proliferation assay using TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells. Kitamura, T. et al. (1989) J. Cell Physiol. 140:323. The ED50 for this effect is 0.14-0.54 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 1.85×106-7.14×106 units/mg.
