Short Description: Recombinant-Human B7-1/CD80-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant human CD80 at 2 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/well) can bind Recombinant human CTLA-4 with a linear range of 10-50 ng/mL.

T-cell proliferation and cytokine production is induced by the binding of CD28, binding to CTLA-4 has opposite effects and inhibits T-cell activation. (Microbial infection) Acts as a receptor for adenovirus subgroup B.
