Short Description: Recombinant-Cynomolgus Mesothelin/MSLN-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Immobilized Cyno MSLN at 0.2 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/Well). Dose response curve for Anti-MSLN Ab with the EC50 of 14.6 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
Immunogen Region: Asp296-Gly580
Immunogen: Recombinant Cynomolgus Mesothelin/MSLN Protein is produced by Expi293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Asp296-Gly580) of Cynomolgus Mesothelin/MSLN fused with a His tag at the C-terminal.
