详情介绍：
Adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) Assay Kit for detection of Adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) in tissue homogenates and cell lysates using a microplate reader. Creatine kinase catalyzes the reaction of adenosine triphosphate and creatine to produce creatine phosphate. The concentration of phosphocreatine can be determined, from which the concentration of ATP can be calculated.
